Sunnyside's onsite catering service brings the traditional Italian wood-fired oven to your event. We serve traditional Neapolitan pizza, pasta, salad, appetizers, and gelatos. Our pizzaiolo hand stretch, toss, and make the pizzas onsite to bring a different culinary experience for your guests. Guarantee the guests the authentic taste and experience of wood-fired cooking.

Mobile Pizza Oven

Our mobile pizza oven is perfect for larger parties, corporate events, weddings, and block parties. Our mobile oven is the traditional Italian woodfire oven that goes up to over 900 degrees. Cooking pizza in 90 seconds and can handle larger crowds. Our beautiful wood-fired oven will fit into your stylish decor for any party!

Gozney Roccbox Portable Oven

Our Gozney Roccbox tabletop gas oven is small, portable, and can be used outdoors/indoors. Although the oven is compact, the temperature goes up to 900 degrees, and it is designed to cook traditional Neapolitan-style pizza. Our portable oven is perfect for a small family gathering, birthday parties, or team-building events.

Ooni Electrical Oven

Our ooni electrical tabletop oven uses power outlet instead of propane gas. It's ideal for an outdoor/indoor event with restrictions on wood-fire and propane usage. The temperature goes up to 850 degrees and is a perfect alternative to cook Neapolitan- style pizza.

FAQ

What's included in the service?

Up to 3 hours of event time, any additional time will be charged at a per hour fee.

2 hours of set up time and 1 hour of take down/trash removal time. Our pizzaiolos prepare and make the pizzas in front of your guests using one of our traveling ovens.

Any other food/drink items included in your package.

Can you accommodate different dietary restrictions?

Yes, we can accommodate for most dietary restrictions. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions and allergies your guest might have when booking the event so we can make proper menu suggestions.

  • For vegan/diary allergy, we offer pizza without cheese (Marinara pizza). Our dough does not contain any diary, egg, or nuts in it.
  •  Our pasta does contain eggs.
  • We offer gluten-free crust and pasta for an extra charge. Please inform us if gluten-free crust or pasta are needed. We do make the gluten-free pizzas in the same oven we make our regular pizzas, and the pizza is prepared on the same prep table. Therefore, there is the risk of cross contamination.
  • Kosher and Halal meats are available per request. Pricing may be different for these products.
How long is the setup/cleaning time?

We require access to the event site at least 2 hours prior to the service for setting up and heat up the oven. And we need at least 1 hour after the service for cleaning and take down the equipment.

Is gratuity included in the fee?

No, gratuity is not included nor required, but it's always appreciated!

Why is the price per pizza different than the price on your restaurant's menu?

We do not charge any one-time setup fee. The price difference covers staff wages, equipment maintenance, insurance, set up, trash removal, gas for the tow vehicle, and any disposables cost.

Do I need to pay a deposit to book the event?

Yes, a 50% deposit as well as a signed event contract are required to secure your date. One week prior to the event date, we will confirm the number of guests and the remaining payment will be due at that time. Please provide the final count for the guests as we will not refund any guest that did not show up for the event. Any extra charges incurred on the day of the event will be charged at the end of the event, including extra hours or per person charge for any additional guests. We will bring extra ingredients to accommodate a small number of extra guests. Any large increase in guest counts needs at least 48 hours' notice as we will have to prepare extra dough and ingredients.

If the event is booked less than a week before the event date, the full balance along with the signed contract will be required to secure the date.

What are your reschedule and cancellation policies?

While we understand that unexpected things do happen, there are costs that we take on during event preparation and the loss of opportunity to book another event. Therefore, charges will be applied for rescheduling or cancellation within a certain timeframe.

Rescheduling is allowed if notice is given four weeks prior to the event date. Rescheduling made within 4 weeks of the event and a week before the event will be subject to 30% of the event fee. Rescheduling made less than a week notice will be subject to 100% of the event fee.

Deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. Cancellations made less than 1 week prior to the event are subject to 100% of the event fee.

What happens if it rains or bad weather conditions?

If severe bad weather conditions occur that prevent our driver from safely driving on the road or our restaurant from operating, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery catering order and refund you the deposit.

A full refund will only be given under severe weather conditions such as hurricane, tornado warning, snowstorms, floods, damaging winds.

What happens if the oven I booked is broken before the event?

If the oven you booked is broken before the event and we don't have time to fix it, we will bring one of our other ovens as a replacement. We guarantee the quality of the product is consistent across all our oven options. We do not adjust for any price differences for any upgrade or downgrade of the ovens.

What areas do you cover?

We can travel up to 75 miles radius from our restaurant. A travel fee will be added for any location of more than 20 miles.

$200 for travel from 20 - 50 miles

$400 for travel from 50 miles to 75 miles

Please inquire about any locations over 75 miles.
